Comment - it hasn't been mentioned in this discussion, but it looks like the nominator forgot to list this discussion in the daily log of deletion discussion (step3), but Sir Sputnik listed it on [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Log/2013_September_27&action=history September 27]. Delete - the article is about a footballer who hasn't played in a fully pro league or represented his country at senior level, which means the subject fails WP:NFOOTY.
