Delete per nomination. This is apparently some kind of conference for church leaders, a fact that its name (that smells like a cow pasture) fails to convey clearly. A [http://www.google.com/search?q=%22strategic+leadership+consultation%22&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=2Em&start=10&sa=N general Google search] yields only 317 hits, some of which are just the usual malarkey you'd expect from a name like that, and none of them that I found look like independent reliable sources. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 14:03, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Weak delete - I found some [http://news.google.com/news?pz=1&ned=us&hl=en&q=%22Strategic+Leadership+Consultation%22 Google News] and [http://scholar.google.com/scholar?q=%22Strategic+Leadership+Consultation%22&hl=en&lr=&btnG=Search Google Scholar] results, but the Scholar results are primary sources and the only News result doesn't constitute significant coverage. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 17:19, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
