The result was delete. Both "keep" and "delete" !votes are rather weak, except for the nom. However, even after 2 relistings no new sources that are substantial enough to tilt this over GNG have been found. As this is a BLP, I find the "delete" case stronger. Keep Notable for multiple events. Article having enough citations to justify the notability of the subject.
