Unref article which has been in CAT:NN for 12 years. Possible WP:ATD is merge/redirect to Tsukasa Kotobuki. I couldn't find evidence it meets WP:N, but am aware I may be missing something not in English. Boleyn (talk) 14:39, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
