Delete - While Google hits return plenty of results for the phrase "Sydney electronica", as you'd expect, none of them appear to suggest the phrase means anything more significant than "electronica performed in or originating from Sydney", and as such the material can be adequately covered at either electronica or Culture of Sydney.
