Delete - the only possible claim to notability is the assertion that the single which is their only release so far "topped all local charts in the first week of release", but this is not confirmed by the sources cited. We would need to see evidence that this was true and that the local charts were significant enough to meet WP:BAND, which requires "any country's national music chart".
