Previously tagged as {{tl|prod}}. No indication that this event has standalone notability. The article is sourced only to primary sources. Outside of that, I can only find press release-type material and event listings. There is one article at The Times of India online [https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/varanasi/Technex-15-concludes-at-IIT-BHU/articleshow/46427753.cms here], but that also appears to be routine coverage under their "City News" section (i.e., local coverage), and one source doesn't suggest WP:GNG is satisfied.   • Strong delete, and possibly a speedy. The only citations in here are to their own website, and this fails WP:RS under the circumstances. Feels very promotional. --Dennis The Tiger (Rawr and stuff) 07:45, 24 December 2019 (UTC)
  • Delete: The event gains brief notices each year for its start/finish, usually as local coverage ("Varanasi News"). I am not seeing evidence that it has gained encyclopaedic notability. The brief summary at :Indian_Institute_of_Technology_(BHU)_Varanasi#Festivals is sufficient. (I wouldn't favour a redirect as there is an international engineering company of that name.)
