Seems to fail WP:BIO. No notice outside of the UFO community and seems to have "retired" from the "field". See WP:FRINGE for why insular notability cannot be generated from within fringe fields. jps (talk) 16:23, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Delete The article provides many references but they are not to Reliable Sources. A [http://news.google.com/archivesearch?&as_src=-newswire+-wire+-presswire+-PR+-release+-wikipedia&q=%22Ted+Bloecher%22 Google News] search finds an occasional passing mention in news stories, but no significant coverage about him. --MelanieN (talk) 22:37, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
