I'm not really seeing a valid claim to notability here, as defined by WP:PROF. The subject doesn't meet criterion 6 - he was vice rector rather than rector, and I don't see any other criteria he might meet. Certainly, the coverage is thin: either passing mentions or search results, which are not sources. - Biruitorul ^Talk 18:32, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

• And again, {{ping|DGG}}, vice rector is not the head of the university, that would be the rector. The rectors of this university have been Păun Otiman (1990-2004), Alexandru Moisuc (2004-2012), Paul Pîrșan (2012-2016) and Cosmin Alin Popescu (2016-).
