I don't believe this book is notable, references only one potentially critical review. Doesn't seem to be much coverage and the book is very lowly ranked in Amazon.   • Strong Keep, speedy close. While it did not win the Hugo (the ref cited above is in error; that was Stand On Zanzibar), it was nominated for the Nebula, placed sixth in the annual Locus Poll, was reviewed contemporaneously in nearly a dozen genre-related publications, and has dozens of substantive news hits -- not to mention fifteen pages of Google Scholar hits.
