Delete. Certainly a common enough phrase (Yamakiri, I would have thought it would be obvious from what's on the page what it means - something which exists but is useless) - and not a neologism either. And it has an impressive 250,000+ ghits. [http://www.google.co.nz/search?hl=en&q=%22useless+%22tits+on+a+bull%22&btnG=Search&meta=]. But it doesn't belong on Wikipedia, and, as DCE points out, it's speediable. Grutness...wha? 02:32, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
