Research fellow at Hoover Institute, which I don't think alone qualifies for notability. I'd evaluate think-tank individuals much as we evaluate under WP:PROFESSOR, and I'm not seeing from the article those criteria being met. Shadowjams (talk) 07:52, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
