This article fails to explain why the subject is notable. It is not clear whether this residential area exists or still under construction. Apart from being unencyclopedic , it is not referenced. Hitro 20:04, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

• Comment - Being a neighborhood of Singapore is an explanation of why it's notable. But I'm having trouble figuring out if it's actually a distinctive neighborhood. There seems to be a [http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=%22toh+tuck%22&sll=1.341004,103.768637&sspn=0.033293,0.045233&ie=UTF8&ll=1.339416,103.768122&spn=0.016647,0.014441&z=16 collection of streets] with the "Toh Tuck" variation; ie Toh Tuck Road or Toh Tuck Terrace. But these seem to be part of the Bukit Timah neighborhood, which I would likely choose to keep if there was such an article. For this one, I don't know if anyone says "I live in Toh Tuck." --Oakshade (talk) 00:04, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
• I've not done any research into this, but our Bukit Timah article implies that there is a district with that name as well as the hill the article focuses on. If this is the case, and the Toh Tuck collection of streets is part of the district, a merge might be appropriate. Thryduulf (talk) 00:46, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

• Weak keep as Singapore is small enough and densely populated enough to only have so many regions, and this one is well-attested on the web. JJL (talk) 00:20, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

• Keep or merge as a real place. Remove the bus routes as per WP:NOTGUIDE, consider adding it to Wikitravel. A section on the history of the bus routes would be appropriate, but things specific to the immediate now are not. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 12:39, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
