Delete, not notable. Used a total of [https://books.google.is/books?id=YoniDQAAQBAJ&pg=PA188&dq=Tupocracy&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwinv9Pc-eDnAhXsUhUIHQ33DPYQ6AEIKjAA#v=onepage&q=Tupocracy&f=false one time] by another Nigerian scholar in passing.
