  • Weak Delete - Having searched for [http://www.google.com/search?as_eq=wikipedia&q=%22UP+Ibalon%22&num=50general web hits], a large number of them do not appear to come from reliable sources. A News search only brings up [http://news.google.com/archivesearch?&as_src=-newswire+-wire+-presswire+-PR+-release+-wikipedia&q=%22UP+Ibalon%22 two hits], of these [http://www.voxbikol.com/bikolnews/1967/unep-caps-2009-padunungan-championship one] provides in depth coverage of the subject. Furthermore, [http://www.voxbikol.com/about the sources] appears to pass the requirements to be a reliable source.
