The term "Universal paradigm" is not defined by reliable sources in the way it is in this article; in fact, it is not defined at all by reliable sources. - Delete: while there are many search engine hits for "universal paradigm" none of them are about this, whatever this is. While looking for universal truth here, I was also surprised to learn that we do not have an article about mathematical necessity. This would appear to be mostly patent nonsense as well:
