The result was speedy delete as hoax. Vagodino, unless you can pull up something that would show that he exists I have to assume that this is a hoax given the arguments below and the Google search I performed, which did not bring up any evidence of this person's existence as an athlete. - Speedy delete via G3 as a blatant WP:HOAX. The person allegedly played for the "Binghamton double A Mets" in the Eastern League, according to "source #6" in 1981, but the [http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/team.cgi?city=Binghamton&state=NY&country=US&empty=0 Binghamton Mets] didn't exist until 1992. [http://www.baseball-reference.com/pl/player_search.cgi?search=Vincent+Godino The baseball-reference player page], says "Found 0 hits for your search." – Muboshgu (talk) 00:31, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

- The Binghamton Mets were founded in 1962 and have been based in Binghamton since. When Vincent played for the organization, they were a "double a" affiliate. They are and have been a "double A" affiliate of the NY Mets since 1987. Although they weren't quite part of the NY Mets (Eastern Division)in 1981, I'd like to think of the team as the NY Mets all the way through.Binghamton Mets as on Wikipedia — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vagodino (talk • contribs) 05:14, 8 May 2015
