- Delete Better to have an article on "American music during World War Two." Anyway who says people of Japanese, German, and Italian descent don't like it? Lots of Americans like Jane Austin and she was on the other side during the War of 1812.Steve Dufour (talk) 05:57, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
- Delete - The Google search "wartime radio" genre returns no relevant hits, other than a couple that appear to have copied directly from Wikipedia. The article therefore fails WP:N and appears to be largely or wholly original research. - DustFormsWords (talk) 08:17, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

- Rename and expand the article to American music during World War Two. I admit that I was a little less neutral in my thinking when I created this article a couple of years ago. Now it's up to other people to make it better. GVnayR (talk) 18:56, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
:We already have Music history of the United States (1940s and 50s) which is also unreferenced and in sad shape and I'm sure if I looked I would find other articles that overlap the same time period. This is becoming a major problem, for example while trying to clean up the Pop Music article have found 3-4 other articles on the subject that all give totally different and contradictory information. I would rather have an article based on time periods. This article seems to doomed to being an original research essay. Ridernyc (talk) 21:06, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

- Delete There should be a place for a specific article on US music radio during WWII--This would be considerably more specific than the general article on music history in the 40s and 50s, and there should be enough material. But this article is better discarded, and restarted on an expanded basis with proper sources. DGG ( talk ) 06:24, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
