Delete. Basically a BLP1E case. The only coverage I have found was in connection with the service on the Royal Commission on the Electoral System, and even that coverage consists only of brief/passing mentions. Nsk92 (talk) 08:02, 13 December 2010 (UTC)

Keep: Seems now well referenced and sufficient evidence of notability in terms of Maori influence on New Zealand electoral reform - and Maori Statistics.
