Being the second oldest man in Scotland is interesting but not sufficient for notability. All the sources are basically obituaries and just routine coverage that would follow from his death. Ricky81682 (talk) 07:41, 29 September 2015 (UTC)

• Delete per nom. Even the oldest Scotsman (Frank Saunders, also 106) doesn't merit an article, since neither were even supercentenarians (not that that would be notable by itself anyway) or satisfy WP:SOLDIER. Clarityfiend (talk) 10:38, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
• Delete A couple of similar obituaries do not satisfy WP:BIO and there is no inherent notability for reaching the age of 106 or being the second oldest man in a country. Edison (talk) 16:58, 30 September 2015 (UTC)
