This AfD nomination should have been a speedy deletion because the article was created by a sock account after an earlier account was blocked, so that means the article was created as block evasion. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Electromechanic, and note that Starman005 was blocked on August 16, while this article was created by a sock account on August 17.
