On June 8, I requested some third party, reliable sources to attest to this software's notability http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk%3AXiRCON&action=historysubmit&diff=295119941&oldid=277412599, and none has been added. I searched for some mentions, and everything I found was either trivial or not reliable. I don't think this software is notable by wikipedia's standards.
