Delete. The problem isn't that the article doesn't have references - poor quality articles without references are routinely turned into better articles with sufficient references. But in this case there doesn't appear to be any independent reliable sources available to use as references Gnome de plume (talk) 22:58, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
