PROD (concern: Article is an unsourced poorly-written dictionary entry that reads like an essay) removed by author. The article is now less poorly written, but no more encyclopedic than before. Ignatzmice•talk 03:26, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

- Delete. At best, this is a dictionary definition, but even in its "less poorly written" form its meaing is unclear. Cnilep (talk) 02:06, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Delete. I'm not usually a big fan of NOTDICT but this is a classic case of it. And the part in the original version about China using their veto power in the U.N. to force the OED not to include the word is pure crankery, some remnants of which remain in the present version. —David Eppstein (talk) 20:12, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
