• Merge and Redirect to Kiruv Organisation#Yosef Mizrachi founder because as matters stand right now this is just a WP:CONTENTFORK since he is bound up and fully identified with his own "Kiruv Organisation" prior to which he had no claim to fame worthy of an article and everything he is now known for and does is in the context of that article/organization which has much more material about him and his quotes and activities and controversies. I have created and moved the entire very brief contents of this stub to Kiruv Organisation#Yosef Mizrachi founder to facilitate this, even if this gets deleted here as it may, there will still be a logical introduction about him where it belongs.
