Keep while this person was arguably not a notable (in the sense of sincere or enlightening) religious leader, he was highly notable (or notorious), considering he was a major player in the politics of a major us city, and was connected to various criminal enterprises, according to news reports. can be quite heavily sourced. to be honest, i havent even checked the current article for its overall quality, but that of course is irrelevant as long as the man was notable.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 07:19, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
