Previously a PROD in 2015. I can't find anything to suggest that Zarni Htet meets WP:GNG or WP:SPORTBASIC. I have conducted searches in Burmese and English and found nothing better than [https://www.myanmardigitalnewspaper.com/en/yangon-united-defender-zarni-htet-strive-winning-every-match this article in Myanmar Digital News], which is nothing more than a quote from the subject with absolutely no independent analysis whatsoever.
