__NOTOC__
Student editors are asked to share their proposed article improvements on the article talk page approximately a week before they plan to edit the actual Wikipedia article. This can be done on behalf of your group or have each individual add a few sentences sharing exactly what you propose to add. Note: Unless you feel that there may not be consensus in the field, there is no need to go into a lengthy explanation that includes your rationale for adding the content. Including the exact wording of your proposed edit and the citation is sufficient. The talk pages are not "marked" for assignment # 3 but it is important to have your proposed improvements shared by Nov 18th so that you will be ready to edit your Wikipedia article on Nov 25th.
'''Here is a template and a brief guide for posting on your article's talk page. {{Clickable button 2| Talk Page Template|url= https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:CARL_Medical_Editing_Initiative/Fall_2020/Talk_Page_Template}}
- Examples are given for communicating different types of proposed changes.
- Talk pages do not use the visual editor, you will be editing using the "wiki code". If it is not perfect, no problem! We understand and can help with formatting. The content is most important on the talk page.
