Moses Mendelssohn, an intellectual leader, has no mention of Maskilim. Not surprising, because he was before that Haskalah era. The remaining people in Haskalah, such as Aron Freimann has no mention of either Haskalah or Maskilim, and is of the wrong era. The newspaper also doesn't even begin until years afterward. If they aren't appropriate for Haskalah, why are they appropriate for Maskilim? Lists are easier to verify.

He is literally considered "the father of the Haskalah" [https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/the-haskalah][http://jbooks.com/secularculture/Massey.htm][https://www.oxfordreference.com/view/10.1093/oi/authority.20110803100149932]... To clarify, "Maskil" (plural "Maskilim") is a Hebrew term used for members of the Haskalah movement. Renaming the category something along the lines of "People of the Haskalah" (like the People of the American Enlightenment, Scottish Enlightenment, and Modern Greek Enlightenment categories mentioned above, :Category:Spanish Renaissance people, :Category:German people of the Renaissance period, etc.) might be a solution.
