For added bonus, the categories were created by an editor who's been on a royal rampage of bad overcategorization with a few dozen bad, misnamed, misconceived and/or duplicate categories created just in the past few days alone. Unlike the Australian model stubs category below, this one was approved by WikiProject stub sorting back in 2008 -- however, while it purportedly had 60 articles at that time, it now only has 19, and neither {{cl|Model stubs}} nor {{cl|Canadian people stubs}} offer up anybody else who could be refiled here to repopulate it. :Nominator's rationale: Underpopulated stub category with no evidence of approval by Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting. As always, stub categories are not free for just any random user to create on a whim: there have to be 60 articles to populate a stub category before it becomes warranted, below that a stub template should just sort pages into parent categories instead of being paired with their own dedicated categories, and because there's a minimum size requirement stub categories have to be approved for creation. But there are only 16 articles here even after a scan through {{cl|Model stubs}} for prodigal Australians, and there's no evidence that this was ever approved by the stub sorting project. The name of the article should be commonly used one, not the formal full legal name (unless some sort of disambiguation is needed, which it is not in this case).

• Weak delete It's a bit of a weird category, it certainly doesn't fit the :Category:Newspaper publishers (people) by nationality tree. By comparison, :Category:Book publishers (people) of the Austrian Netherlands is a child of :Category:Book publishers (people) of the Holy Roman Empire, which is in the :Category:Book publishers (people) by nationality tree. A bit weird to consider the HRE a 'nationality', but legally it makes sense. One could also take 'Austria' or 'Habsburg monarchy' to be the relevant 'nationality' here. One advantage of the HRE 'nationality' is that it can include Liégeois people. Anyway. I'll look at this some other day. Too much fuss about "heritage" in one day already.
