Certainly this charge could be discussed in the article, but the category seems problematic, especially when the contents includes living people. • It should be merged to :Category:Billionaires at the very least. But better expand this nomination with a significant number of sibling categories, e.g. all with one or two articles. Currently there aren't any biography articles directly in :Category:Billionaires and it would not make much sense to have the Haitian billionnaire as the only biography there. • Merge to both :Category:Haitian people and :Category:Billionaires, obviously. There is no reason not to add to HP, since we don't have :Category:Haitian businesspeople (oh, oops we do, and he's in it). The category note says "Pages in this category should be moved to subcategories where applicable" (my bold). Where there is no "applicable" category you leave them there. :Nominator's rationale: Pointlessly specific and poorly defined, many of the character included are just 'warriors' which can apply to almost every fictional character depending on the amount of original research. • Manually merge per nom. The purging should take place during the merge instead of after, so that articles are not moved to a wrong category. The same problem occurs for the three sibling categories in :Category:Fictional female soldiers and warriors by medium, they should be nominated too. The biggest question is: who is going to all of that, if there is consensus for this? Because the closer of the discussion will do no more than listing this at WP:CFDWM and wait for any volunteer to implement the outcome. • This is yet another mess made by AHI-3000 when he created :Category:Fictional female soldiers and warriors by medium which is an unencyclopedic cross-categorization, soldiers are distinct from warriors. Now it is impossible to separate without manually merging them back because the two have been lumped together.
