I, originally, chose Ashley Witchcrafter because I wanted to create, edit, and/or add to articles to do with "metaphysical" properties of crystals, herbs, numbers, etc plus articles to do with witchcraft and Wicca. I do, officially, go by that name - and I have a website under that name. I don't consider it a commercial name - however, after re-reading your username policy, perhaps, I'm wrong. Currently, I'm researching paleo events, which includes paleo extinction events. The North Atlantic Igneous Province is an article that does not exist. I would like to create the article.

I feel that if I create an article that is not directly related to witchcraft or Wicca, then the AshleyWitchcrafter username may be considered inappropriate or open to ridicule, etc.

:As long as you don't promote a product or service with your username, it should be fine either way. What do you want us to do? AshleyWitchrafter is a perfectly fine username, but keep in mind Wikipedia's policies regarding attribution and sources when contributing and I don't see a problem with your plans.
