:Here's what I don't understand. If a user's name is inappropriate, you ask them if they're not going to violate COI, and then if they don't respond, you don't change their name. Then they come back in a month or a year and they still have an inappropriate username which might get them blocked on sight. Why not change the name and follow up about the COI as a separate issue? If a user intends to continue promoting their company, despite warnings and perhaps even blocks, they're no longer necessarily in good-standing, and thus we don't have to carry out the rename.
