This image only illustrates a gag from the episode. The gag is just one of many fun things Homer did on his day off, and is completely removable to an outsider's understanding of the episode. There is already an image from the episode illustrating Homer with God, a more salient point of the plot. As the caption says on that image, there is discussion in the article about God's appearance on the episode and what it meant (if anything) that he had one more finger. In comparison, this image is just to illustrate a joke in the plot section, and is probably more suited to the standards of Wikia (Fandom) rather than Wikipedia. • Keep - If the logo of a formula one team on a formula one season page is not contextually significant, what is?. You say the logo isn't even mentioned, imo it doesnt have to be mentioned. "Cadillac will become the eleventh team in Formula One, marking Cadillac's first appearance in the series and the first new team on the grid since Haas in {{F1|2016}}." should provide enough context for the logo to be on the page. • Delete this file from all local en-wiki articles. Remember, it is not because whether it is appropriate to use this image for one article to another (let guess 2026 Formula One World Championship), I rather suspected this logo did not meet threshold of originality met for copyright protection in the United States, which is pretty high regarding the logos. Cedillac symbol, while may deem complex for countries with low TOO threshold, in fact only consisted of simple geometric shapes (such as shield and many rectangles), therefore ineligible for copyright in the US alone. • Keep/Query It has applications, but shouldn't be in the gallery. I question whether the Cadillac logo actually has copyright protections. This logo or a version of it has been around for some time. • ::If it were a brand new logo, I would completely concur, but the fact is, it's based on a logo designed over 100 years ago (see the logo history you provided). I'm pretty sure that derivatives won't attain additional copyright protections. Mickey Mouse would be the equivalent in this case and Mickey expired last year. Derivatives are no longer copyrighted. Even the GM website explains that they [https://www.gm.com/copyright-trademark only claim trademark protection] over such images (they are clearly vague in terminology so as to discourage usage of trademarks). The implication that this image shouldn't exist would also implicate that Template:Extra album cover is unnecessary and all 8,400 pages that use it should have their corresponding images deleted because they're not "the primary visual image associated with the work". However, the template instructions themselves are contradicted by a significant request for comment.
