In :Category:Portals under construction since January with many redlinks and inopperable parts. Only one opening edit and no effort to complete the page. Very unclear scope on this page too. Legacypac (talk) 14:52, 2 April 2019 (UTC)

• Delete - I will not have time now to complete this portal the way I would like. Perhaps the ideal would be exclude :Category: Portals under construction and move the portals under construction to the Draft domain.Guilherme Burn (talk) 15:39, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
