Single person portal with zero subcategories. The in the news is about an Aid to the subject and involves a crime, not about the subject at all. Articles include The 2010 United States Senate special election in New York where Cuomo was only a potential candidate and Eliot Spitzer political surveillance controversy which was something where his office admonished another governor. • Delete overly narrow scope for a portal per WP:POG, :Category:Andrew Cuomo includes 6 articles and while there are some more in Template:Andrew Cuomo which are in scope that isn't enough even to meet the 20 article suggested threshold. Hut 8.5 13:38, 24 March 2019 (UTC)
