Keep - As a draft on a subtalkpage of the article, for an article that has been marked as needed full rewrite for years, we shouldn't delete it -- we should work on it and only delete it once the needed rewrite of the main article is completed. ☺ · Salvidrim! · ✉ 15:56, 3 September 2014 (UTC)
