Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Blood reaper/Vandalism page

Delete per WP:DENY. This page condones vandalism so should be deleted. The creator, who hasn't edited for almost two years, has not removed inappropriate content from this page. As such, this page contains homophobic slurs and possible copyright violations, among other inappropriate content. Cunard (talk) 05:56, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

• Rename "User:Blood reaper/Sandbox" and Blank. It is not a vandalism page, despite the title. WP:DENY does not apply. It is a play page (sandbox) for the user, whether logged in or not. The fact that someone finds the content offensive ("homophobic slurs") and that the user is long-term inactive is a reason to blank the page. We should not be deleting userpages of absent users without very good (better than offered here) reasons. "Possible copyright violations" is not a reason to delete. This page violates WP:NOTWEBHOST in that it is hosting copyrighted song lyrics. Instead of blanking this page which supports vandalism, this page should be deleted.
