Epicgenius is an amazing editor with many edits. In particular, his contributions to New York City-related articles are tremendously invaluable. However, he persistently refuses to run for adminship, and as such, is starting to constitute a NETNEGATIVE for Wikipedia. As such, I propose that he be deleted. However, I didn't expect for the subject to be an admin sice he's a perfect young man that brought GAs and FAs.
