• Delete like the others. Portals are helping us identify abandoned wikiprojects that never were. That is one good unintended use for them. Legacypac (talk) 19:54, 12 April 2019 (UTC)
• Delete - As nominator says, this project has been not so much abandoned as orphaned, created by another now-banned user. Narrow-focus projects, unlike narrow-focus portals, are all right if they have working members. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:23, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
• Keep. Has multiple authors. Clearly stated wishes by multiple authors for this objective to happen. WikiProject deletion is not connected to the recent rash of autoportal spam. Finding them alongside portals that you are seeking to delete is a very poor reason for deletion. "one active participant" is more than enough reason to not delete. Narrow-focus WikiProjects do not share the same problems as narrow focus Portals. This could be tagged "inactive" without involving MfD or deletion. Mentioned issues of a later banning of a editor have not been explained to have any relevance here. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 02:15, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
