This article about a minor American political party was moved to Centrist Party, which was apparently considered nonnotable and changed to a redirect to Centre Party. As there is now no longer an appropriate target, this redirect should be deleted. I would not be opposed to the revival of Centrist Party or its inclusion at List of political parties in the United States, with an appropriate retarget. TimBentley (talk) 20:59, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

  • I couldn't find any references other than its website. Mohammad H. Said got 3387 votes (0.23%) running for the Centrist Party in Washington in 2010, but I don't even know if it's the same party. TimBentley (talk) 21:27, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

There should really be an article on him rather than a redirect to one of his plays. The Evil IP address (talk) 15:42, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

  • Keep: if You want an article on him, start it. — Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk) 18:43, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
  • I have no information of which I could create an article on him. It should really be written by theater experts, and this would be encouraged if links to him were red. --The Evil IP address (talk) 11:07, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
  • If links to him were red, it would be encouraged and would even get done in a couple of hundreds of years. Wikipedia is not that active to wait for a red link to become at least a stub in an appropriate amount of time. On the other hand, I'm sure You can at least find some plays by him. That would be enough for a stub. — Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk) 12:32, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
  • Actually, that contradicts the sense of red links. But I could probably come up with a stub, if needed. --The Evil IP address (talk) 20:30, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

There are 'free' flags as well as Non-free flags, I this think this redirect is misleading. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:45, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

::The redirect was done because I wanted to be sure all images were changed with a new license. Since it was done, I agree that the redirect should be deleted and I have made it so. If there is a PD flag, then it should be tagged on exactly why it is PD. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 18:40, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

A bunch of redirects from older unused templates to newer ones by Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:46, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

Edited by Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk) 12:40, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

  • Delete as useless. — Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk) 12:47, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
  • Speedy keep, not harmful and no valid rationale given for deletion. Remember, "Redirects should not be deleted simply because they do not have any incoming links". Lmatt (talk) 12:52, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
  • These are not in the article space. Keeping template numbers low is actually beneficial for everyone. — Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk) 18:41, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
  • The lower three in which the target is an ir-foo type name is name standardisation, ir for image restriction. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:16, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
  • Keep as no valid reasons for deletion have been given. It is very common for redirects such as this to have no incoming links as several different bots go around cleaning things up like that. The redirects are in place in case someone uses the not-obviously-wrong title for a template so they don't get frustrated trying to figure out what bizarre syntax someone may have used for the actual template title. Redirects are cheap, and a very easy way to help avoid frustration. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 06:04, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
