Apparently a relic from a move. I'm confused on what this has to do with electronics. FallingGravity 19:26, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. Almost impossible to figure out the electronics term here when searches are swamped by adult video websites or the xXx Vin Diesel movie. Searching with "xxx xxx electronics" returns catalogs where xxx is just a filler wildcard in an electronics part number, and such usage is not limited to electronic component catalogs. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 19:37, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete. I managed to steer clear of the porn and Diesel sites by searching on "analog circuits" "xxx xxx", but still, all I get are placeholders. (The move was originally from or to "analog circuits".) There's no mention at the target. Despite the fact that it's been getting an average of 7 hits per day over the last 13 months, I'll be willing to bet that those searchers are not getting what they're looking for. — Gorthian (talk) 21:33, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete. It seems like this was just a temporary title for the electonics article while some sort of reorganisation of page titles was happening. As for the current hits, my best guess is that it is people searching strings of xxxx and visiting the redirect because it exists. I don't know how to view the hits garnered by non-existent titles on the current tool, but when stats.grok.se was active it was easy to see that these sorts of titles always get views (I don't know why people do this, but they do). Thryduulf (talk) 13:08, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
Delete - I have no Idea what the search term has to do with the target either. Tazerdadog (talk) 22:54, 8 August 2016 (UTC)

Delete Almost completely unused XNS redirect to inactive Main Page subpage. — Gorthian (talk) 16:35, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Added very similar {{no redirect|1 = Main Page test }}; also unused. — Gorthian (talk) 17:06, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
What I don't understand is why the redirect Main Page Test (not nominated here) to the same target has been getting ~2500 hits per day over the last 13 months...?! — Gorthian (talk) 21:50, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Keep the page view stats tool is case insensitive (e.g. it's not possible to distinguish the hits for Ba (pharaoh) (an article) from Ba (Pharaoh) )a redirect)), so it is not possible to say how these 2500 hits are distributed between them. Thryduulf (talk) 13:14, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
::Do you mean that all the redirect page views are included in the page views for the target? The FAQ for the tool says, {{tq|If a user browses to a redirect, a pageview is registered for the redirect but not for the target page.}} Otherwise, it wouldn't be useful here at RFD. Case sensitivity would seem to be required to distinguish between a lot of redirects and their targets. — Gorthian (talk) 19:06, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
:::Hmm, it seems that upon further investigation this is a UI problem. It is possible to follow links to stats for redirects from other capitalisations, and to view them by direct URL manipulation, but not to choose them in the UI. See for example [https://tools.wmflabs.org/pageviews/?project=en.wikipedia.org&platform=all-access&agent=user&range=latest-20&pages=Barak_obama|Barack_Obama] where you can see the difference between Barak obama and Baraak Obama. It is not possible though to select Barak obama using the UI (try it). I'm not sure why this is as it seems possible to choose both Nice (redirects to Kindness) and NICE (redirects to National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) separately. I shall file a bug for that. Thryduulf (talk) 20:28, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
::::The search in the interface automatically resolves some redirects and misspellings so you don't end up seeing stats for {{no redirect|Barak Obama}} when you really wanted Barack Obama, for example. This "completion suggester" is the same search method the Wikipedia interface uses, and the underlying heuristics may mean some redirects are searchable, such "NICE" as you've found. If you want to show all redirects when searching for pages in Pageviews Analysis, select "Autocompletion including redirects" in the Settings. You may also be interested in the new Redirect Views tool for RfD purposes, see [http://tools.wmflabs.org/redirectviews/?project=en.wikipedia.org&platform=all-access&agent=user&range=latest-20&page=Wikipedia%3AMain_Page%2Ftest&sort=views&direction=1&view=list here]. Best MusikAnimal (WMF) (talk) 22:41, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
:::::Nice! Of course, redirects under discussion here don't show up in that tool because they're temporarily not redirects (because of the RFD template). But it looks as if they could be compared over a previous time period. Hmmm, that doesn't work very well...yet? I tried to set the date range to 7/15/2015–8/8/2016, but it doesn't want to go later than 10/17/2015 in the second date. {{u|MusikAnimal (WMF)}}, how "new" is this tool? — Gorthian (talk) 02:06, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
::::::Ah, yes I'm afraid the tool will only report current redirects, not historical ones. This means going with an earlier date range will not force it report redirects during that time, rather it will show you the pageviews of the existing redirects during that time. The 90-day limit you see is in the interest of performance, as some pages can have hundreds of redirects. We can probably safely increase that to 6 months. I can do some testing and find out. Redirect Views was deployed on July 29. Anyway, I realize this app doesn't really help given redirects at RfD are tagged (probably more useful at WP:RPM), but if you have any other feedback it is most welcomed :) Best MusikAnimal (WMF) (talk) 04:31, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

WP:MALPLACED, but I'm not sure what to do with it. It could be retargeted to BAE Systems (also the target of {{-r|BAE}}), or either BAE (disambiguation) or Bae (surname) could be moved over {{-r|Bae}} instead. 210.6.254.106 (talk) 04:24, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- I would normally have wanted the surname page moved back, since the move rationale was to prevent vandalism and the article history clearly shows it made no difference. But redirecting to BAE Systems probably makes more sense. —Xezbeth (talk) 06:32, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Retarget to dab page. There's been usage of "bae" as a slang word in 2014. [http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2014/12/the-lamentable-death-of-bae/384086/] [http://time.com/3026192/this-is-what-bae-means/] [https://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanhatesthis/heres-why-we-might-want-to-stop-using-the-word-bae] But regardless it is still a dictionary word at the moment when it isn't used as an acronym or a surname. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:28, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- BAE redirects to BAE Systems; this is fine, as it is the primary topic. BAE (disambiguation) and Bae (disambiguation) should both be redirects to Bae, which should be the disambiguation page, disambiguating between articles containing bae and BAE. Bae (surname) would be one of the entries on the DAB page. — Gorthian (talk) 21:45, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
:: I support {{u|Gorthian}}'s proposal. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:12, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
- Move BAE (disambiguation) over this redirect per Gorthian. Thryduulf (talk) 13:19, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
- Move dab to redirect per Gorthian --Lenticel (talk) 00:57, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
