Both (Publicola and Starcare) involved with this [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shock_and_awe&action=history edit war], and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_mediation/Shock_and_awe mediation] interesting to note both (IP and Starcare) show interest in [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Production_battery_electric_vehicle&action=history battery powered vehicles (IP #1)],[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Battery_electric_vehicle&action=history (IP #2)] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Who_Killed_the_Electric_Car%3F&action=history here for Starcare]. I still don't understand why you didn't. Publicola is the sock puppet of Pepsidrinka, who is an administrator. Having read the discussion on Thatcher's talk page, I do have some comments to make. First and foremost, everything Thatcher has done so far and continues to do has my full approval. He and other clerks do a bang-up job keeping this page in order. Second, the request as it stands is {{declined}} because nothing has been brought forward that would justify outing someone's IP address. Mackensen (talk) 22:45, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
