Continueddonations appeared after User:Fred Bauder blocked Etaonsh and commented on at least 2 arbitration cases (which are his only edits). If these are the same people (it's unlikely a new user finds RFAr on their first two edits), I'd like the underlying IP to be blocked from account creation for block evasion and continued abuse after being blocked, which unfortunately can't be done without a checkuser. - Mgm|^(talk) 07:40, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
