After User:Same As It Ever Was was blocked (and his talk page being [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Same_As_It_Ever_Was&diff=next&oldid=193084893 salted]) for having/being multiple socks, a new account registered on February 23rd under the name of User:Live and Die 4 Hip Hop. This new account claims I (including other editors) inspired him to create the account and edit on Wikipedia.

This new account started talking to user the same day he registered ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%253AFlesh-n-Bone&diff=193596860&oldid=193338092 diff]), discussing AfDs [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/The_Mirror_%2528album%2529&diff=prev&oldid=193604464 here 1] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Cali_Untouchable_Radio&diff=prev&oldid=193792690 here 2]. Please not that the second AfD was of an article that User:Same As It Ever Was created. In this [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Cali_Untouchable_Radio&diff=next&oldid=193792690 diff] can be seen how he's familiarized with signing. This account does not seems to be a new comer at all, indeed. He's been creating articles and uploading images, including the correct fair use.

Regarding the IP: this IP holder first appeared in a user's talk page making personal attacks [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Real_Compton_G&diff=prev&oldid=166510931 diff 1], [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Real_Compton_G&diff=prev&oldid=166554360 diff 2],

[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Flesh-n-Bone/Archive1&diff=prev&oldid=166554871 diff 3].

In March 3rd, the IP made a comment about my block in the blocking admin's talk page [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Fred_Bauder&diff=prev&oldid=195585387 diff]. And today made a very similar comment my talk page [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Tasc0&diff=prev&oldid=201056738 diff] and in a attemp to "contest" my unblock [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/3RR&diff=prev&oldid=201058590 here].

After the IP made those comments in my talk page, User:Live and Die 4 Hip Hop contacted me in the same day about an article I've been editing.

Now, I'm not claiming the account User:Live and Die 4 Hip Hop is/was disruptive at all, but if he's the same person(s) that created the accounts that were blocked in Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/Case/Payne2thamaxx, I'm afraid that's a block-evading.

Please see my thread on ANI for more information. I'll try to make it simple:

• Payne2thamaxx is an admitted reincarnation of Payne2thamax, who was indefblocked in March 2007 for death threats.
• Payne2thamaxx was indefblocked June 21, 2007 for harassment.
• Same As It Ever Was registered August 9, 2007 (while Payne2thamaxx was blocked and was essentially under a community ban).
• Payne2thamaxx was unblocked 25 September 2007.
• I have reblocked Payne2thamaxx this evening as he has continued to engage in harassment and in his 18 edits since being unblocked, 9 of them are to harass {{user|Tasco0}}.

Payne2thamaxx says [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Johnny_Ca%24h&diff=prev&oldid=190410652 at AFD] that he watches SAIEW's edits. SAIEW, 9 days after registering, [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=N.W.A&diff=prev&oldid=152826743 was familiar] with one of Payne2thamax's disputes from six months before. After Payne2thamaxx's reappearance this month, his first two edits were to edit war on behalf of SAIEW [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nationwide_Rip_Ridaz&diff=prev&oldid=190277978][http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Damu_Ridas&diff=prev&oldid=190278030].

I believe that this establishes probable cause to check and see if the two are the same individual. Failing that, the fact that Payne2thamaxx has created two mostly harassment accounts at least warrants checking to see if he has any others. Thank you. --B (talk) 02:45, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
