Prior400, whom I suspect to be Shangwen Fang himself, has just appeared recently and has been removing references in Shangwen Fang to cat-abuse incident for which Fang became infamous, and has generally been violating WP:NPOV by inserting statements laudatory of Fang and his past accomplishments. Writing style is very similar to Fanoffang, including use of language and insertion of Chinese punctuations. I believe that the user has violated, in addition to NPOV, WP:SOCK, WP:NLT (as Fanoffang), and WP:AUTO. The IPs listed also previously made edits of similar style and content. (The IPs are from the same ISP; obviously, there is no way for me to know if the two user accounts came from the same ISP as well.) --Nlu (talk) 06:05, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
