I had this right revoked over 7 years ago in a case settled while I was still a minor. I'm planning to make a major return to editing this year, and would like to have this right back. I don't seem to fit the requirements to be granted the translation permission automatically (as there isn't any information in the English Wikipedia that I can change/add).
