The IP is inserting descriptions of people as [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_people_born_in_Ukraine&diff=468227809&oldid=468225956 "pro-western"] and other [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_people_born_in_Ukraine&diff=468225666&oldid=467758488 POV statements] to List of people born in Ukraine just like previous IPs. I just realized that this is the same IP as previously reported which has been [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=User:207.239.114.206 blocked twice] for ban evasion.
