• Beyond the recent edit-warring, there's too much overlap, and, in some cases, edit-warring on other articles. I've therefore blocked the named account of two weeks and the IP for one month. IP began editing 4 April 2024, the day after sock {{U|ColNaz}} was blocked and mass reverted by {{U|Bbb23}}. IP has the same preoccupation with biographies of Bangladeshis, especially military figures, and related topics. Same pace of changes. Same mix of well-intended edits and disruptive ones that violate consensus regarding style in some way (for example, adding {{tl|small}} to infoboxes, where text size is already reduced, in contravention of MOS:ACCESS#Font size and MOS:SMALLFONT).

• Both COLTashrif1499 and James Conan Niag have a strong interest in Bangladesh-related articles, particularly those concerning the Bangladesh military and military personalities. Together, they have contributed to 158 shared articles, as shown by the [https://sigma.toolforge.org/editorinteract.py?users=COLTashrif1499&users=James+Conan+Niag&users=&startdate=&enddate=&ns=&server=enwiki editor interaction utility].
• The James Conan Niag account was created on 3 May 2024, while {{userlinks|ColNaz}}, the last known sock puppet, was blocked on 3 April 2024 a month earlier.
• Both users frequently modify the “birth_place” parameter in the infoboxes of Bangladeshi personalities by piping the district and division locations into simplified names, omitting “District” and “Division.” For instance, COLTashrif1499 pipes [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=1190646347 “Kishoreganj District” to “Kishoreganj” and “Dhaka Division” to “Dhaka.”] Similarly, James Conan Niag has made similar edits, such as [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Huseyn_Shaheed_Suhrawardy&diff=prev&oldid=1245198670&diffonly=1 piping “Bengal Presidency” to “Bengal” and “Dhaka Division” to “Dhaka,”] while expressing strong opinions on this behavior. This account was created 18 October 2024 about 5 days along with another sleeper sock account Lass121212 (which is already blocked) after the recent major sock account was blocked. Both have similar interest on editing Bangladeshi Military figures especially on List of serving generals of the Bangladesh Army and start editing warring if anyone disagrees with them. Substantial analysis shows significant overlap between the master at https://sigma.toolforge.org/editorinteract.py?users=COLTashrif1499&users=005+SRO and the recent sock at https://sigma.toolforge.org/editorinteract.py?users=James+Conan+Niag&users=005+SRO&users=&startdate=&enddate=&ns=&server=enwiki

• I'd be inclined to put this somewhere between {{inconclusive}} and {{unrelated}}. There is no technical connection between this account and the two non-stale socks, or with any of this historic data in the CU logs; there has been some use of proxies in this case which makes it impossible for me to say with any confidence that they are definitely unrelated, but if it is the same person their MO has changed with this account.
