Discussion at ANI [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard&oldid=452314739#Review_of_block] has established beyond a doubt that User:NoHounding was part of the HaTikwa sockfarm, which is related to a (self-)promotion campaign for writer Michael Kühntopf. This person's named wikipedia account has been banned on other projects for related disruption, and has participated in the socks' reverting campaign at least once recently [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Theodor_Lessing&diff=prev&oldid=451116109], so there are obvious grounds for suspecting he is the actual sockmaster behind HaTikwa. As this account has otherwise made some reasonable contributions, it might be characterized as a good-hand-bad-hand scheme. Since it's a real-name account of an identifiable person, I'd feel better about blocking if there was checkuser confirmation. Fut.Perf. ☼ 07:09, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
